Seven Trumpets

When He opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for about half an hour. And I saw the seven angels who stand before God, and to them were given seven trumpets.

(Revelation 8:1,2)

In hushed celestial halls, the seventh seal broke,
Heaven’s breath held still, time’s whisper bespoke.
Seven angels stood, with trumpets bright and bold,
Their call echoed through realms untold.

Silence draped the skies, a pause profound,
As ethereal notes in stillness resound.
In that sacred pause, a moment’s power unfurled,
Before the trumpets heralded a new world.
